Where Governance Meets Growth

Over the past fifteen years, I’ve risen from Program Coordinator to Director across three institutions: Florida International University, Memorial Healthcare System, and the University of Miami, leading academic programs, sitting on governance committees, and navigating the accreditation and compliance work that underpins higher education.

I’ve been on both sides of the table: as the person building the case for advancement, and later as the person on the committees deciding it. That perspective shapes two kinds of work. For individuals, I consult on the path to leadership, including dissertation, essay, and application writing, informed by my own doctoral dissertation in progress, so I edit from inside the process, not from a distance. For institutions, I bring the same rigor to governance, accreditation, and program development , grounded in my current work toward an Executive Doctorate in Higher Education Leadership at the University of Miami.

Where We Connect

Modern university building with glass windows, a large tree, and a curved walkway with outdoor seating and bicycles.
Empty classroom with a whiteboard filled with economics diagrams and equations, wooden tables with books on behavioral economics, sociological theory, and quantitate methods, a mug, a notebook, and a pen, large window showing outside campus scene.
A quiet library with a row of wooden study desks along large windows and bookshelves filled with books on the right side.
